These routines include things like Breathwork, Intentions, Gratitude, Affirmations, EFT (Tapping) and so much more! Having a negative mindset will create negativity in your life. When I was younger I always heard the saying negative things happen in 3s, so with that mindset- when something negative would happen, I'd think even subconsciously, well I guess 2 more other negative things are going to happen. Or if I am on the receiving end of the act of kindness I will generally pay it forward, and the chain continues to grow. I have had days where I was down and out and it literally put a smile on my face.
There are also positive acts of kindness that don't cost a thing, like holding a door, smiling at everyone you make eye contact with etc, these are FREE! They can also change that persons mood or day. For FREE! Incredible!
